As a professional artificial flower factory, we are not limited to standard products—we bring your unique concepts to life.
Are your artificial flowers realistic? Will they look exactly like the pictures?
Yes, we focus on highly realistic details. We use high-quality materials (such as PE, silk, and latex) and precise hand-painting techniques to mimic the texture and veins of real petals. All product photos are 100% real shots taken in our studio. We do not use excessive Photoshop.
Can these be used outdoors? Are they UV resistant and fade-proof?
We offer two main series:
- Indoor Series: Perfect for home decor, weddings, and events.
- Outdoor/UV-Resistant Series: These are specially treated with a UV protection coating to withstand direct sunlight without fading for years.
Please check the product tag or description – it will clearly state "Indoor Use" or "Outdoor/UV Resistant."
Are the materials safe? Are they flame retardant?
Our products are made from eco-friendly PE and plastic materials and are non-toxic.
Regarding flame retardancy: Most standard products are not inherently flame retardant. However, we can apply a flame-retardant spray treatment upon request (common for hotels, restaurants, and commercial projects). Please contact us to confirm if this is needed.

Do you offer OEM/ODM services? Can I customize the colors or packaging?
Absolutely, we are a professional OEM/ODM factory. We can customize:
- Colors: Match your design.
- Sizes: Adjust stem length or flower head diameter.
- Packaging: Design your own branded label, hang tag, or custom box.
- Molds: Develop new molds for exclusive designs (subject to mold development cost).
What is the MOQ? Can I buy samples first?
- Samples: Yes, samples are available and welcomed. You can order 1-2 pieces to check the quality. and we can refund the sample cost upon bulk order placement.
- Bulk MOQ: Our regular MOQ is 2pcs per design/color. For new customers or mixed orders, we can be flexible. Please contact us with your target quantity.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order through the following steps:
- Send us your inquiry or click "Get a Quote".
- Confirm the product details (item number, color, quantity).
- We will send you a Proforma Invoice (PI) with our bank details.
- Make the payment according to the PI.
- Once payment is confirmed, we will start production.
What payment methods do you accept?
We have an online store and accept payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, TT, PayPal, PayPal_BNPL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pix, Oxxo, Billie, and Online Transfer, among others.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the lead time?
- Sample Order: 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.
- Bulk Order: 7-15 working days, depending on the order quantity and customization requirements. We will provide a specific production schedule in the PI.
How do you ship? Do you ship to my country?
We offer several shipping methods:
- By Sea (FCL/LCL): Most cost-effective for bulk orders. (FOB, CIF, CNF available)
- By Air: Fast, suitable for urgent orders.
- By Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS): Best for samples and small packages (door-to-door).
- Yes, we ship worldwide. Please provide your destination port or address, and we will advise the best shipping option.
How do you pack the goods to avoid damage?
We take packaging very seriously to ensure safe arrival:
- Small Flowers: Packed in strong 5-ply export cartons.
- Large Trees/Items: Secured with wooden frames or reinforced with bubble wrap to prevent crushing during long sea voyages.
- All packaging is suitable for international transport.
Are your prices FOB or CIF? Does the price include shipping?
All prices listed on the product pages are our EXW price,please provide us with your destination port/country and order quantity. We will calculate the shipping cost for you promptly.
What if my goods arrive damaged?
We carefully inspect and package all items before shipping. In the rare event that damage occurs during transit:
- Please take clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging.
- Contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt.
We will work with the shipping company to file a claim and find a fair solution (replacement or credit) for you.
